This position represents a unique opportunity for an experienced sales leader with a background in agronomy or agricultural engineering to make a significant impact in the agro sector. The role focuses on expanding the business for a medium-sized, innovative company that specializes in crop nutrition solutions. As the Sales Manager Europe, you’ll lead a dynamic team and help shape strategies to drive growth across multiple European markets.

Responsibilities
As Sales Manager Europe, you will:
* Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives, targeting growth in potential markets and expanding existing distributor networks.
* Plan and forecast sales budgets, ensuring objectives are met or exceeded.
* Work closely with the Corporate Commercial Director to design and implement commercial strategies and marketing initiatives.
* Oversee key account management, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations to drive revenue growth.
* Coordinate and manage events such as field days and trade fairs, strengthening brand presence and customer relationships.
* Collaborate with internal teams on product registrations, technical developments, and communication plans to support sales and marketing efforts.
* Ensure proper management of commercial collections and expenses.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring:
* A solid educational background in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Business Management is a plus.
* 8-15 years of experience in the agro sector, preferably in agrochemicals, nutritional products, or biostimulants.
* Proven experience working with European markets, demonstrating deep knowledge of regional dynamics.
* Fluency in English (C1 level) and Spanish; additional languages are a bonus.
* Proficiency in sales forecasting methodologies and technical knowledge of nutritional products, microorganisms, and bioprotection.
* A proactive mindset, strong leadership skills, and a strategic vision to drive the team and achieve long-term goals.
