Our client is a leading company in the medical device industry, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the team covering Flanders. The organization is well-known for its innovative solutions, providing you with a platform to make a significant impact on the region by expanding customer bases and enhancing market share.

Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage a large sales team in Flanders, driving growth and market share.

– Develop and execute sales strategies in line with the company’s vision and objectives.

– Build and motivate the sales organization through training and educational programs.

Requirements:

– Multiple years of experience in Sales for the medical device industry, ideally experience in Dental.

– Experience leading bigger teams (8+ people).

– Fluent in Dutch and English.
