Are you a proactive and self-driven sales professional, passionate about driving growth and building strong customer relationships? Do you enjoy working with technical solutions and spotting new opportunities in a dynamic market? At DEIF, we’re strengthening our position in the maritime industry, and we’re looking for a Sales Manager to help us take the next step.As our new Sales Manager, you’ll join DEIF’s Marine Instruments central team, where you’ll play a key role in driving sales, increasing turnover, and expanding our market share within the maritime sector. Your primary focus will be to manage existing relationships, develop new business, and promote DEIF’s innovative solutions to meet customer needs. You will collaborate closely with the technical specialists, local DEIF sales teams, agents, and distributors to ensure that DEIF’s products stand out in a competitive market.Working tasks & responsibilities

  • Drive sales in current and potential markets, promoting DEIF’s Marine Instrument products.
  • Manage sales budgets and develop action plans to achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to expand DEIF’s maritime presence.
  • Negotiate, coordinate and maintain supply agreements
  • Provide market insights to support DEIF’s sales strategy.

Represent DEIF at customer meetings, exhibitions, and events, with an expected 60-80 days of travel per year.The primary work location is our headquarters in Skive, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. You’ll also have access to our satellite offices in Odense, Aalborg, and Silkeborg.Pre-screening interviews are scheduled to take place during weeks 34 and 35.What you’ll bring
As a person, you’re proactive with a sharp sense for identifying opportunities and turning customer needs into solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you can take ownership, adapt quickly, and work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to make things happen. In addition to this, you have

  • Experience in international sales, particularly within technical product solutions, experience in the maritime industry is an advantage.
  • Advanced English skills, both spoken and written. Additional languages such as Danish, French, German, or Spanish are a strong advantage
