Sales Manager – Netherlands – Heavy Plant & Earthmoving Machinery
A global manufacturer specialising in Heavy Plant are looking for a highly experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across their earthmoving portfolio across the Netherlands.
Role: Sales Manager
Area: Netherlands
Salary: up to EUR98,000 per year + bonus + benefits
The requirements of the Sales Manager will be:
– As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a prospective customer accounts within your territory
– Regularly visit customers in the designated region to identify new machine sales opportunities
– Support the Head of Sales in driving sales growth in the assigned area
– Build strong working relationships with customers to secure future business and ensure repeat sales.
– Stay updated on local market trends, industry standards, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in the market
The ideal candidate for Sales Manager will have:
– Proven track record in sales, preferably within the construction equipment or heavy machinery industry
– Experience developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
– Strong understanding of the construction equipment market, including trends, customer needs and competitor activity
– Experience in identifying sales opportunities, managing customer accounts, and securing long-term business partnerships
– Excellent organisational skills to manage customer calls, sales pipeline, and follow up actions efficiently
