Short descriptionA global healthcare company is seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Assistant to join its team.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive support, including strategic planning, reporting, event organization, and professional assistance to leadership. You will support the General Manager, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and contributing to process improvements while adhering to industry standards.Main duties and responsibilities

• Support strategic planning by collecting sales data, preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis;

• Providing reports to support KAMs and Business;

• Professional support for the General Manager (Excel summaries, PPT presentations, professional e-mails, etc.);

• Assist in tender processes, including price calculations, making reports and result analysis;

• Organize international and local events;

• Manage and handle marketing materials;

• Coordinate internal meetings, manage budgets, and provide financial reports;

• Maintain customer databases and sales reporting systems;

• Handle administrative tasks to be compliance with legal regulations and policies;

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success;

• Other administrative tasks as ordered by the two leaders;

• Continuous optimization and simplification of processes and functions.

Required competencies

• University or college degree;

• 1,5-5 years of experience in a similar position;

• Advanced English knowledge;

• Well-handling Excel reports to be able to provide data analytical support;

• A proactive, positive person with excellent organizational skills.

Desirable competencies

• Understanding of the local pharmaceutical market.

Any other informationThis position starts with a 12-month fixed-term contract with a possibility of extension.
