We are seeking an energetic, driven, ambitious, organized and innovative Data Manager to create and deliver our data strategy for prospect and early stage customers.We’re seeking an experienced Data Manager to lead our data strategy for client acquisition. This role will be instrumental in transforming our data management strategy & practices and maximizing the value of our Hubspot CRM implementation to drive business growth.
You’ll need to be proactive and robust, with an ability to cut through complexity and galvanize people. The person will need to have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills and will be capable of gaining buy-in at multiple levels to support new business development.Key Responsibilities Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy focused on identifying and qualifying potential B2B payroll outsourcing clients
• Establish and maintain data governance protocols to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of prospect and client data within Hubspot
• Create processes for ingestion and prioritisation of prospect data that eliminates errors and duplication and matches prospect data to our ICP
• Lead the transformation of Hubspot into the organisation’s single source of truth for prospective client data
• Design and implement data enrichment processes to enhance prospect profiles with relevant business information
• Create and maintain data quality metrics and KPIs, regularly reporting on data integrity and completeness
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand their data needs and ensure Hubspot supports their requirements
• Develop and document standard operating procedures for data entry, maintenance, and cleanup
• Train team members on data management best practices and Hubspot protocols

Description Data is the fuel of our business growth, we depend on it to be able to reach out to prospects that might benefit from our services, but today that fuel is dirty.
We need an experienced Data Manager to ensure that our current data is recent and relevant and to ensure that we create and execute a data management strategy that moves us from static to current data fed from up to date sources.Attributes and Experience Required:

• Experience working in a high growth, fast paced environment
• Degree in Business, Information Management, Data Science, or related field
• Highly experienced in data management, preferably in a B2B environment
• Strong influencing skills
• Proven experience with Hubspot or similar CRM platforms
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices
• Experience in developing and implementing data strategies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management capabilities
• Highly motivated and resilient
• Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present solutions clearly
• Ability to think strategically, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in data management or Hubspot desired
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience with data visualisation tools and business intelligence platforms
