What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing client relationships and delivering outstanding service
• Generating and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating sales and managing offers
• Working to and exceeding sales targets
• Developing new business opportunities and winning instructions
• Providing market advice and updates to clients

What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential estate agency
• Strong verbal communication, confidence, and persuasiveness
• Customer-focused and results-oriented approach
• Ambitious, enthusiastic, and self-motivated personality
• Instruction-winning mindset and strong relationship building
• Local knowledge of Billericay and surrounding areas
• Full UK driving licence and own car
