A prestigious client of GKR are on the search for an experienced Sales Negotiator based in Southwest London.This client is a market leader in the Clapham, Balham and Brixton areas, and wants their negotiators to focus on conducting viewings and doing deals – leading to higher OTEs across their branches. If you are capable of working with high-volume and have a competitive edge to excel within a company, then this is the role for you.Responsibilities:

• Conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers and agreements between Buyers and Sellers.
• Providing expert advice and guidance on the local property market.
• Assisting clients in making informed decisions about their property.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, motivated, and customer-focused attitude.
• Knowledge of the Clapham and Balham area is a big plus.
• A can-do and team player attitude.
• Willingness to learn and get stuck in.
• Full-drivers licence is necessary.
• 6+ months experience.
