We are looking for a temporary Maternity Replacement for the position of Sales Operations Analyst, eComm. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving operational excellence and building strong relationships with our partners. You will be instrumental in ensuring that both internal and external stakeholders receive the best possible support and service. The role is central to the success of our business operations, focusing on key activities such as kickback calculations, partner relations, process optimization, and reporting. You will be part of a Nordic Sales and Activation team consisting of 4 employees situated in our office at Klausdalsbrovej in Ballerup.Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

• Kickback Calculations: Accurately calculate and track kickbacks, ensuring alignment with the company’s agreements and policies.
• Sales and Partner Support: Provide essential administrative and strategic support to the sales team and external partners, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Process Optimization: Identify and recommend improvements to internal processes to drive efficiency and minimize errors.
• System and Tooling Management and Support: Oversee the systems and tools used for daily operations, ensuring they are functioning optimally and providing timely support where needed.
• Reporting and Data Analytics: Create and manage regular reports, analyzing data to drive informed decision-making and business strategies.

This role is a maternity cover and will terminate end of February 2026What makes you the best person for this job?

Your strong Excel skills will be key in managing data and creating valuable insights for stakeholders. • Extended Excel Skills: You’ll need a strong command of Excel to manage and analyze large datasets, streamline processes, and provide meaningful insights.
• Proactive Customer Management: A proactive approach to ensuring excellent communication and smooth operations with both internal teams and external partners.
• Language – you need to be able to speak and write either Norwegian, Swedish or Danish language as well as English fluently

• Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely, both written and verbally.
• Process-Oriented Mindset: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset to optimize processes.
• Adaptability: As a temporary position, the ability to quickly integrate into the team, understand the business operations, and deliver results promptly will be critical
