For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:Sales Operations Associate with German and English- Hybrid/ŁódźReference number: ARIA/03/2025Workplace: RzeszówJob Description:Reaching out to potential clientsIdentifying key decision-makers and sparking interestEstablishing long-term relationships with clients built on trustAddressing and resolving complex challengesWorking closely with clients and stakeholders to swiftly resolve issuesDeveloping and maintaining training materials and guidelinesRequirements:1-2 years of experience in a BPO settingFamiliarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plusStrong German (C1) and intermediate English (B1) skillsProficient in MS ExcelSolid understanding of supply chain managementStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilitiesAbility to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficientlyEffective communication skills when interacting with internal customersExperience in customer service is an advantageExperience in training and developing knowledge bases is a bonusOur client offers:
