With customers like LeasePlan, Arval and others using Blinks home charging solutions, we are looking for a new colleague who will support these clients from handling the order to installation.As a Sales Operations Coordinator B2B2C you will perform the following tasks:Drive the revenue targets by processing all incoming requests for home chargers.Coordinate and align with internal and external customers: You are the link between the employer, the lease company, Blinks installation team and the driver.Answer customers by phone and email with their questions about installation projects B2B and B2C.Extract installation technical data from our CRM system.Planning technical consultation with installation partners.All-round take care of operational communication to our customers.Checking operational invoicing.Closing installation projects administratively and preparing invoices to the customer.Preparation and interpretation of excel data sheets.Processing all necessary documentation for successful installation and invoicing.What do you need to excel in this role?What do you need to excel in this role?You have initial work experience in an administrative position, ideally in a technical environment.You are customer-oriented, but also healthily assertive.You are administratively strong, efficient and result oriented.You can find your way in a fast-changing world, you are flexible and stress resistant.You have a technical affinity and like to immerse yourself in the world of electric mobility.You know how to communicate between multiple parties and do this in a client-friendly way.You are proactive and take initiative.Besides a fluent knowledge of Dutch, you can also find your way around in English.
