At the intersection of Operations, Product & Tech, and external partners, Sales Operations have a direct impact on revenue, efficiency, and team success.As the Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping papernest’s growth by optimizing sales processes, tools, and strategies across multiple markets (France, Spain, Italy).This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring you to lead a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and ensure our sales infrastructure is scalable, efficient, and data-driven.You will manage an international Sales Ops team of +10 sales ops professionals with permanent contracts, VIEs, and interns based in the Barcelona office.
