Join our young and dynamic teams to help us optimise our fragrance projects: from entering projects into our systems to sending samples to our customers.

Your key responsabilities

As part of a sales team working on several accounts, you will work closely with the sales team on the following tasks:

• Administrative follow-up of projects

• Entering projects into our systems and software

• Dispatch of customer samples (couriers, DHL, etc.)

• Ordering industrial concentrates in liaison with the factory

• Follow-up of safety documents for the customer

• Entering and updating customer information

• Management of customer or in-house tests

• Submitting olfactory pyramids and other documents

• Interfacing with the various departments: perfume developers, sales, laboratories, marketing, quality, supply chain, legislation, etc.

• Collaboration with Customer Care (prices, surcharges, software, customer information, etc.)

• Working with Quality Control (concentrate sampling)

• Creation and follow-up of various reporting tables

You bring

• 2 or 3 years’ higher education in sales or administrative support.

• At least 2 years’ successful experience in a sales support role.

• A command of in-house software: you understand it and enjoy discovering new features to optimise your work and that of your sales team.

• An appreciation of having several subjects to deal with at the same time and a fast pace.

• A good level of English (written and spoken).

• Being described as tidy, precise, forward-thinking and contributing to the team’s success by providing an impeccable service.

• The ability to facilitate, provide solutions and give and receive feedback.
