Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
-Drive profitable and sustainable growth within assigned accounts and categories, ensuring strict compliance with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-To represent the assigned account(s) internally as an “ambassador” towards all functions and vice versa and manage all interfaces.
-To understand the assigned accounts and categories and document this by Account Fact Books.
-To develop and purpose the account strategies, formalize them by Strategic Account Plans and get sign-off by the direct superior.
-To sell-in and agree on sell-out support and formalize this by Account Marketing Plans.
-To monitor sell-out and the order book continuously and ensure reliable and cost-efficient supply for the account.
-To support negotiation and enforcement of adidas Group trade terms.
-Push the digital channels of the assigned Account through continuous advice on brand positioning and strategic plans that seek the success of our brand in the e-commerce of our customers.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
-High analytical skills for strategy development and business planning.
-Strong interpersonal skills: Very good communications and negotiating abilities as well as high presentation, relationship management and facilitation skills.
-High influence capability.
-Commercial and business acumen knowledge (e.g. sales, trade marketing, finance and controlling).
-Strong decision taking and determination and shows high initiative and pragmatism to the business.
-Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn. Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines.
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

-Fluent in written and spoken Spanish as well as English.
-IT skills: Advanced MS Office Skills. SAP knowledge is an added plus.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
-University degree in business with sales or marketing focus.
-Specialist: Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience within large sales organizations, ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG.
-Exposure: Sports, Marketing, Supply Chain.
