Every day we impact the lives of millions by changing the way people see the world.SCOPE OF THE POSITION AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, the Sales Representative will engage independent optician clients with effective account management. Increase the use of EssilorLuxottica high end brand frames among existing accounts, boost profitable sales through direct and indirect channels, and always seek opportunities to acquire new clients for our high end brand frames directly or to introduce other members of the EssilorLuxottica team to ensure growth.In line with the company’s business and marketing strategy to achieve revenue targets according to the company’s discount structure, develop, build, and maintain relationships that will foster sales of the entire company’s product range in line with stated goals and forecasts.Ensure that EssilorLuxottica progresses and develops as the preferred supplier for clients in the territory, always motivated and aiming for excellent results.AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND ASSOCIATED ACTIVITIES:

  • Guarantee sales in his/her area or assigned clients /products – by delivering individual targeted sales volumes, values, return rates, and brand distribution and penetration objectives by effectively identifying and meeting customer needs;
  • Develop business by building relations with customers and visiting them periodically;
  • Effective territory coverage – you will ensure frequency of visits and a consistent level of service for all customers in accordance with company guidelines;
  • Driving customer recommendation – ensuring effective brand, product, and visual merchandising training for your customers’ sales and/or dispensing staff to ensure that our customers not only buy our products, but actively recommend them;
  • Deliver presentations of new collections to clients at least two times per year for registration of orders in accordance with adopted annual plan of the Company;
  • Follow up new leads and referrals resulting from field activity;
  • Support local and international events and trade marketing and visual merchandising initiatives;
  • Keep product range at clients’ outlets, quality and quantity of stock and store supplies under control, ensure that orders input is done in a timely manner and control on orders execution;
  • Identify and resolve client concerns related to Luxottica products and services;
  • Guarantee respect and correct deployment of commercial policy;

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • have strong interpersonal and communications skills;
  • have a full, clean driving license (essential);
  • have demonstrable customer service and selling experience, ideally in a field sales environment;
  • preferably, have a bachelor’s degree
  • Min 2 years of experience as an external field sales rep.
  • Mother tongue Dutch or French; English good
