If you have expertise in sales and would like to be part of a dynamic environment within a great multinational company, please consider joining our team and contributing to our bold mission.In this role, you will be responsible for selling the full range of Operating Room Essential (ORE) products within the Surgical Technologies portfolio. You will manage the regional pipeline for Wound Closure, Access, & Instrumentation, as well as our Electrosurgical range across Scotland and the North East of England.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Develop detailed tactical plans that set SMART objectives for the accelerated promotion of Medtronic ORE technology to the NHS and private hospitals within the region
• Gain a thorough understanding of product applications in relation to the UK healthcare market
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives, targets, and initiatives
• Attend meetings, workshops, and exhibitions as required, which may include occasional out-of-hours work
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key opinion leaders within the market
• Promote and present educational programs to professionals in the field

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Proven ability to demonstrate business growth and acquire new clients
• Strong record of cross-functional collaboration
• Natural ability to identify business opportunities and persuade or influence others
• Field sales expertise in medical devices to secondary care in a theatre-based environment
• Full current UK driving licence
