Sales Support Specialist

Job Description:We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist for our client’s new plant in Mako.Responsibilities:

Process customer ATM (Authorization to Manufacture) and orders via the SAP system.
Monitor production planning and actual production progress.
Ensure timely and accurate product manufacturing as per customer orders.
Receive and manage customer call-off plans.
Coordinate with Production to confirm product availability.
Collaborate with Logistics to arrange truck schedules.
Propose and discuss alternatives with customers for availability issues.
Process call-offs and create delivery notes in SAP.
Make necessary adjustments to delivery details if requested by customers.
Compile weekly reports on stock levels, production planning, and delivery schedules.
Prepare monthly delivery reports.
Handle customer setup, price creation, and adjustments.
Process credit and debit notes, as well as temporary credit applications in SAP.
Process invoices via customer platforms or send them directly to customers.
Perform regular reconciliations with customers to maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements:

Proven work experiences in Sales administration or Customer Service, in B2B environment and preferably in manufacturing company.
Knowledge and/or Experiences in SAP or other ERP system,
Analytical and multitasking skills, with strong focus in detail and good sense of numbers.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Customer oriented, with high motivation to solve problems, and with ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
