We are looking for a expert in technology inSalesforce CRM focus on Sales Service Clouds.Salesforce Consultant (Sales Service) with 3 – 5 years of experience in a hybrid system of teleworking with a salary budget around 35 000 – 45 000 gross/year.Implementation of New Functionalities
– Planning and reviewing new versions.
– Defining and planning regression tests for existing applications.
– Planning and executing specific tests to validate new functionalities.
– Ensuring the execution of tests according to established standards.Requirements of +3 years of experience inA) Sales Cloud Consultant
– Design and Implementation Create scalable and maintainable Sales Cloud solutions that meet business requirements.
– Customization Configure Salesforce to align with sales processes including lead management opportunity tracking and sales forecasting.
– Integration Integrate Sales Cloud with other systems and tools to streamline workflows.
– Training and Support Provide training to users and ongoing support to ensure effective use of the platform.B) Service Cloud Consultant
– Service Solutions Design and implement Service Cloud solutions to improve customer service operations.
– Case Management Set up case management processes including case routing escalation and resolution.
– Knowledge Base Develop and maintain a knowledge base to help service agents and customers find solutions quickly.
– Omni-Channel Support Implement omni-channel support to manage customer interactions across various channels like email chat and social media.Key Skills
