We are looking for a Salesforce developer. For this role, your residence can be in Belgium, Spain, Brasil or United Arab Emirates. Our respective hubs are situated in Boom, Zaragoza, Sao Paulo and Abu Dhabi.Job DescriptionAtlas Copco Specialty Rental is currently implementing and rolling out a next generation application landscape. With this project, Specialty Rental will take a quantum leap forward and build a solid and future-proof solution to manage its business. We have very ambitious growth plans, but the current business system and its satellite applications were no longer supporting this. A global template team and technical team has been formed, who are building a global solution template within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a mission to harmonize and standardize Specialty Rental’s end-2-end processes. This template has started being rolled out to all Specialty Rental regions globally and will continue over the coming years.In this context, we are looking for a Salesforce Developer. Your mission is to successfully help building and implementing the customer-faced solution in line with Specialty Rental’s Sales & Marketing and Field Service processes. You will be part of the technical team, consisting of other Salesforce developers, and will cooperate very closely with the global template team who will define the business processes, and a system integrator who will assist us both functionally and technically in the build and roll-out of this project. Next to that, you will also assist in any continuous improvement efforts taking place after the roll-outs.ResponsibilitiesDefine and develop a state-of-the-art Salesforce solution, which will be used around the globe by many Specialty Rental sales engineers and service technicians, planners and supervisors.Perform technical analysis, design, develop and implement applications with the necessary localization and integration.Partner with the template team, who will have a role as product owner, to deliver a tailored Salesforce solution that supports our business requirements.Partner with the technical team of developers and support agents to align on priorities, issues and potential new requirements.Contribute to the success of the roll-out of Specialty Rental’s next generation application landscape, with a focus on Service and Sales & Marketing, but also expanding to other business processes.Focus on adopting best practices to ensure we build a stable solution which is ready to scale up, with the right attention to security, compliance and data integrity.Maintain and improve existing documentation including technical design.RequirementsEducational RequirementsYou have a university degree in information technology or equivalent through experience.Salesforce developer certification or equivalent experience is key.Experience RequirementsYou have experience developing and supporting Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud orgs in a global environment.Experience with Salesforce Field Service or CPQ is a plus.Experience with document generation tools is a plus.You have experience with change & release management.IT KnowledgeSalesforce.com certifications or willingness to obtain certificates.Experience with APEX, IT project methodologies (Agile), CI/CD pipeline, git, API’s,… is strongly recommended.LanguagesStrong English written and oral communication skills are mandatory.Any additional language is a plus.Personality requirementsCompetency is more than ever a combination of knowledge, experience and attitude.
