We accompany, define, and develop strategies for our clients, taking into account their business objectives, needs, and organizational structure.
Our team has extensive experience in implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud, as well as other Salesforce clouds and add-ons.
Within our Salesforce team, we have a department with broad expertise in Sales and Service Cloud, assisting our clients from platform implementation to data maintenance and improvement, process automation, reporting and dashboarding, among others.🎯 What we’d like you to doBeing responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.
Coordinate and supervise the technical team, ensuring tasks are done effectively, progress is monitored, and deliverables meet quality standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend best practices for Salesforce functionalities.
Configuring Salesforce features such as workflows, process builders, and custom objects to optimize sales and service workflows.
Manage data migrations, integrations with third-party applications, and ensure seamless user experiences.
Create detailed documentation, training materials, and provide hands-on training to end-users to ensure adoption of the platform.
Monitoring system performance and proactively identifying opportunities for enhancements will also be part of your duties.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth. Supporting ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of the Salesforce environment will be critical to project success.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and industry trends to implement cutting-edge features and ensure your solutions meet industry standards. Your expertise will help improve customer engagement and maximize the ROI of Salesforce implementations.🔊 What we’d like you to bring

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Salesforce certifications, at least one of the below ones:

• Salesforce Administrator
• Business Analyst
• Sales Cloud Consultant
• Service Cloud Consultant
• Field Service Consultant, AI Specialist and Contact Center Accredited Professional is a plus
• Fluent in Spanish and English is a must. Other language will be a plus
• Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible and proactive.
• Strong strategist skills.
• Open to new ideas and change.
• Proactive, self motivated, target oriented (demonstrable achievements).
• Positive attitude, team player.
