Opportunity: Salesforce & SAP Project ManagerOur client, a prominent leader in the Oil, Gas, Energy, and Mining industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join their dynamic Change Management team. This contract position represents a unique opportunity to contribute to significant organizational transformations utilizing top-tier systems.Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee complex projects across Salesforce and SAP platforms tailored to the needs of the energy sector.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to closure, ensuring deliverables meet timeline and budgetary constraints.
• Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams, including stakeholders and external vendors, to ensure effective communication and project alignment with business goals.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project timeline, ensuring the highest levels of systems integrity and data security.
• Provide expert guidance and support change management initiatives, helping teams to maximize adoption of new technologies and processes.
• Prepare comprehensive status reports and present project updates to senior management at regular intervals.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a project manager in Information Technology change initiatives within Salesforce environments.
• Strong proficiency in managing projects within the Oil, Gas, Energy, and Mining sectors is highly preferable.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive teams towards timely and successful delivery of project objectives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Robust understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Adept at operating under pressure and adapting to dynamic environments.
• English is a must
• German highly preferable
