The Unit is going through a period of volume growth and the role will lead on capacity and process improvementThe person in this role will need an HPRA license and ensure that the Compounding Service Operation follows Baxter cGMP, customer needs, and the Manufacturing license.The role will drive performance aligned with KPI’s and daily governance regimes. Providing technical skills and knowledge for all aspects of the department’s activities, including aseptic compounding, facility and equipment management, stock handling procurement and management of workflow.Ensure that unit aligns with all corporate quality system policies and procedures. Responsible for the budget within the unit and financial management of the business, including implementation of continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.The position will also be required to develop a strong and capable results driven organization.
