We are seeking a SAP Advanced Process Specialist to join our SAP Solution Center. In this role, you will support SAP projects that drive optimization initiatives and enhance global business processes across production, supply chain, and quality areas. You will collaborate closely with local SAP SMEs, technical consultants, and business stakeholders, serving as a bridge between IT and operations.Your responsibilitiesSupport business blueprinting and process design in SAP projectsContribute to the ALK SAP global business process templateParticipate in Global IT projects across multiple domainsTake part in SAP project activities, including design, testing, training, and documentationIdentify and implement business process enhancements in collaboration with local SAP teamsFacilitate communication between SAP technical consultants and line-of-business stakeholdersYour profileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience supporting SAP business processesStrong knowledge of SAP MM, PP, and/or QM modules (logistics knowledge a plus)Experience implementing SAP projects, including process design and validationFamiliarity with GxP and the pharmaceutical industry preferredStrong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skillsCritical thinking and problem-solving mindsetProfessional proficiency in English (spoken and written)Proactive, service-minded, and collaborative team playerWhat we offerStable contract with a global companyHybrid work model combining on-site and remote workPosition based in Madrid, with collaboration across European teamsAttractive incentives and social benefitsAn opportunity to join a consolidated company with strong international growth and a people-focused cultureGlobal IT at ALK
Global IT at ALK is a global organization of approximately 110 employees across three main hubs in Hørsholm (Denmark), Madrid (Spain), and Krakow (Poland), with IT staff also based at production sites and regional sales hubs.We maintain most IT competencies in-house, ensuring close collaboration across teams and sites. Our IT strategy includes several major new programs and projects to modernize ALK’s IT infrastructure and application landscape.
