In addition, provides services for diverse projects related to financial processes implemented in SAP systems.
As a Financial System Support Analyst, your role is pivotal by contributing to our team deliverables and objectives to support complex and critical financial systems also by following Agile principles. We are looking for senior candidates from 3 years of IT Financial System Support Analyst experience. Location: Budapest, Hungary.What You Will Do

• Handle issues and service requests reported by users in ExxonMobil SAP financial systems.
• Responsible for learning and maintaining SAP / non-SAP configuration settings which are the basis for Financial Reporting implementations in the relevant systems.
• Provide consultation regarding the technical feasibility of proposed enhancements to designs and their impact on current processes.
• Perform initial testing of problem corrections and enhancements.
• Develop user and support documentation (e.g.: security model, support model, etc.) for enhancements made to all systems in our portfolio.
• Responsible for learning and maintaining configuration setup of new business requirements in the relevant systems.
• Perform Knowledge Transfer to technical team members or business end-users.
• Participate in or coordinate extra-curricular activities with the objective of improving or creating processes, productivity, security, safety, or other areas.

About You: Skills And Qualifications

• College / University degree and/or technical diploma in IT or relevant field
• Preferably 3-5 years of work experience in financial system support
• Good problem solving, planning and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective multi-cultural & virtual team work
• Solid verbal and written communications skills in English
• Desire to work in a fast paced and constantly evolving agile environment.
• Passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing
• Adaptable/flexible to challenging situations and decisions.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

• Proficiency in Financial SAP modules

e.g. SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and SAP CO(Controlling), SAF SD (Sales and Distribution) * Understanding of financial concepts and principles

• Knowledge of SAP ERP methodologies and best practices
• Agile practices (as life cycle methodologies)
• Experience with SAP Document Compliance (e-document) framework
• ABAP Development/debugging
• Familiarity with SOAP and REST APIs
• Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting
• General Logic Diagrams
• General MS Windows OS Overview knowledge
• General MS Office Tools knowledge
