Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (office attendance 3 times a week is mandatory)

What you’ll build
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
-Be part of the team: You will be supporting the team in various licensing, copyright, and intellectual property compliance tasks. Alongside our specialists, you will co-lead the preparation of Global Third-Party Web Services risk assessment, Open Source Legal Notices and Licensing Validations process. That will provide you with a broad insight into our daily operations and ad-hoc requests company wide. You will also gain insights on how we develeop and execute on strategies using brand new technologies.
-System management: Get to know our internal tools around licensing management, grow an internal SAP network and gain first insights into a global tech company.
-Process Optimization & Automation: Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of daily workflows and tools.
-Knowledge Management & Research: Stay current with evolving trends in software licensing, open source, and intellectual property law. Maintain and contribute to the team’s internal knowledge base, ensuring documentation of processes, precedents, and best practices is accurate and accessible
What You’ll bring

-Education: You are in your senior year of a Bachelor’s program or in any year of a Master’s program, studying Law, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
-Analytical Mindset: You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to pay close attention to detail.
-Proactive & Organized: You are a self-starter who is highly organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
-Communication Skills: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and are comfortable collaborating within a professional team environment.
-Tech Curiosity: You have a genuine interest in the technology industry, software, and the legal frameworks that govern it (e.g., intellectual property, open source).
-Systems Aptitude: You are proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and have the ability to learn new internal software and systems quickly.
