What you’ll build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Expected start date: asap

Work schedule: 20/30/40 hours a week

Student status is mandatory

-Analyze, evaluate, and resolve complex issues for customers and SAP internal stakeholders.
-Communicate with customers professionally and clearly, delivering highly valued remote services and consulting.
-Collaborate closely with the development team to improve product quality and enhance customer experience.
-Follow up on resolved incidents to prevent or minimize recurrence of similar issues.
-Actively develop product expertise in SAP Cloud Identity Services and contribute to improving team support processes.
-Take ownership of understanding product scenarios and development processes in detail.
-Propose and implement effective solutions or workarounds for reported issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
 

What You’ll bring

-Are you analytical, self-motivated, and passionate about problem-solving?
-Do you have interest or experience in Customer Support or Development Support roles?
-If this sounds like you, you may also bring:

-Strong communication skills (both written and spoken) in English
-Interest or experience in customer-facing roles
-Strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
-(Optional) Experience working with REST clients
-(Optional) Knowledge of software security concepts and protocols
-(Optional) Familiarity with any programming language (preferably Java)
