What you’ll doPosition title: SAP iXp Intern – Executive Assistant SupportLocation: Budapest, HungaryDuration: 12 months + possible prolongation until the active, full-time student status criteria is metTime schedule: min. 24 hours/week (available schedules: 24 / 30 / 32 / 40)As an intern supporting the Executive at Technical Support organization, you will play a valuable role in helping coordinate the daily operations and priorities of an executive. This internship offers exposure to high-level business activities, project coordination, internal communications, and strategic planning. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while building essential skills in organization, time management, and stakeholder communication.

• Administrative & Scheduling Support

• Assist with calendar management, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and booking logistics.
• Help prepare briefing documents and meeting materials to support the executive’s engagements.
• Take notes during internal meetings and follow up on action items with relevant stakeholders.
• Create documentations such as PowerPoint slides.
• Project Coordination

• Support projects or workstreams by helping track deadlines, organize information, and prepare updates.
• Help gather and format data for presentations, reports, or dashboards.
• Contribute to improving internal team processes by identifying small areas of efficiency or clarity.
• Communication & Collaboration

• Draft internal communications such as meeting summaries, email updates, or team reminders.
• Help maintain shared documents, folders, and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Excel).
• Coordinate logistics for team events, workshops, or virtual sessions.

What you bringEnrolment as an active, full-time student (Bachelor or Master) in (Business, Communications, Administration, or related fields preferred). * Currently enrolled in a university or college program (Business, Communications, Administration, or related fields preferred).

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Professional, positive attitude with a collaborative spirit.
