Meet your teamOur team is developing software for manufacturing companies. These companies, besides manufacturing the goods, must design and manage the whole lifecycle of their products. Product development processes are highly complex by nature where multiple requirements need to be considered, such as customer and legal requirements or cost targets. Tools that support and accelerate product development are required in this fast-changing, innovative environment. End-to-end digitalization in product development helps achieve this goal.The Specification Management capability lets you manage the diverse range of data that represents your product and collect all the parameters that define it. With its central specification object, you can fulfill the needs of internal and external communications, and follow-up processes. In the recent years, we have successfully delivered the first parts of our native cloud solution. We still have a lot to do, you can be part of this journey with a youthful and supportive teamWhat you’ll doWe’re looking for a motivated and talented student who wants to join us on our exciting journey to make our solution better and more robust in the area of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Process Industry in the cloud. While coding will be your core task, developing software at SAP is much more than just that. It’s a team effort, including designing our products for the end user/customers, delivering our services efficiently and fast, in time and in quality. Your tasks will be:

• Work in a scrum team and apply agile software engineering methods
• Understand the business requirements and implement according to the guidance
• Develop and deliver tests together with the scrum team required for sw deliveries
• Participate in design, coding, testing, quality assurance of product features in a development team

Location: Budapest, HungaryDuration: 12 months + possible prolongation (or until the conditions of being an active student are met)Time schedule: min. 24 hours/week (available schedules are 24 / 32 / 40 hours per week)What you bringWe are looking for an individual who is driven and curious. You like to work on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Ongoing studies (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in IT, Mathematics or Engineering
• Understanding of Object Oriented programming paradigms, design patterns and relational databases, experience with at least one OO programming language
• Good English and Hungarian language skills, written and oral
• Open minded person, ready to improve day by day
• Understanding and experience in the areas below can support you through your journey

• Test automation tools and concepts
• CAP, CDS, REST, OData protocols, UI5, Fiori, JavaScript, SAP BTP, JAVA, GitHub, Spring Boot
• Experience in design, implementation and quality assurance for software product
