• Support and enhance SAP MM / PP modules with a focus on material management and procurement processes.
• Identify areas for process improvements and propose changes to enhance business functionality.
• Provide SAP training to end-users and support them in their daily operations.
• Collaborate with the global team to design and implement new functionalities in SAP MM / PP
• Provide expert knowledge and support during system upgrades and implementations.
• Ensure all system changes comply with company and regulatory standards.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and other IT departments.
• Help in the resolution of incidents and problems related to SAP MM.
