About the role:As a Payroll Process Technician at SD Worx Iberia, you will help clients run and optimise their payroll process, being our clients’ trusted advisor while we work on your personal development, technical knowledge and career opportunities.Your day-to-day work with our clients:– Management of personnel movements (registrations, modifications, incidents, cancellations).
– Payroll calculation and communication with Official Bodies (Social Security, SEPE, AEAT).
– Support and advice on labour procedures.
– Client management at local level and monitoring of activity at corporate level (for international companies).What we are looking for:– At least 4 years of relevant experience in payroll and labour legislation.
– Experience with SAP
– We value a degree in Law, ADE, RRLL or similar.
– You have a strong interest in HR in general, and in particular in payroll management and legislation.
– You have analytical skills and an interest in computer applications.
– You are eager to learn, enjoy customer relations and are able to work meticulously.
– You should be assertive and have good communication skills.
– You should contribute to our team spirit with a good dose of humour and your own style.
