PracticeTechnologies SAP Technology JobsLocation Barcelona, SpainType PermanentSAP SpecialistJoin a leading pharmaceutical company as a SAP Specialist, supporting the improvement of business processes and designing SAP ecosystem solutions, primarily in the Manufacturing area (PP, DP, PM, QM, eWM). This role spans subsidiaries in Spain and LATAM and contributes to the Corporate SAP Center of Excellence.The position involves promoting process and system harmonization, fostering innovation, and managing SAP project portfolios. You will apply best practices in project management while ensuring the design and quality of the SAP Global Template.Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the Manufacturing business area, ICT, and SAP third-party integrators and maintenance teams.
• Lead SAP S/4 implementations and manage change requests, focusing on manufacturing modules for Spain, LATAM, and other subsidiaries.
• Manage demand and project portfolios, considering impacts, cost/benefit analyses, and budget controls for IT solutions.
• Drive change management in SAP projects.
• Provide training and support to internal customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Over 10 years of SAP experience (Functional Analyst and Project Management) in manufacturing modules.
• Familiarity with quality, production, and supply chain processes and applications in the pharmaceutical sector (GxP is a plus).
• A university degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related scientific discipline.
• Postgraduate training (e.g., MBA, APICS, PMI, Six Sigma) or SAP certifications are an advantage.
• Business consulting or pharmaceutical industry experience is beneficial.
• Willingness to occasionally travel to subsidiaries.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic environments.
