Job description

• Organize, plan, and lead the Define and Design phase.
• Ensure proper preparation and execution of the solution definition phase with partners.
• Ensure that user stories reach the Definition of Ready state.
• Provide detailed timeline planning, dependency management, and risk management.
• Align and connect different project teams and initiatives.
• Coordinate activities within the WMS implementation project, including:: Open task tracking; Test preparation and execution; System planning.; Planning and coordination of migration activities.
• Utilize project management tools such as Solution Manager, JIRA, and SNOW.

remoteB2BA successful SAP WMS Senior Project Manager should have:

• Experience with SAP warehouse projects and knowledge
• Experience in project management and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Expertise in SAP Warehouse Management Systems
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with WMS implementation and related logistics processes
• A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Fluency in English (min. B2)
• Willingness to travel periodically to Switzerland
