An experienced individual is required to provide administrative support to the undergraduate and postgraduate teaching activities across the School, and is responsible for assisting the School Administration Manager, Senior School Administrators, Head of School, Programme and Course Coordinators/tutors in the effective and efficient running of these areas within the School.

The work is varied and interesting and will involve a great deal of contact with the student body, staff and external organisations.  We are seeking a proactive and highly organised individual who will provide front line support for the academic staff and students and be expected to have excellent administration skills with experience in MS Office applications, first-rate communication skills, the ability to prioritise workloads, work independently and as part of a team in a very busy but friendly office. You will also be expected to demonstrate attention to detail, to work proactively and to be flexible and adaptable.  You should possess relevant experience in an administrative role, ideally with knowledge and experience of higher education administration.

Salary will be at the appropriate point on Grade 3, £22,681 – £25,138 with placement according to qualifications and experience.
