• Efficient in organising, recruiting, human resources, and administration
• Should be passionate about HR and administration which supports school staff in providing an excellent whole school provision for students
• Onboarding of new staff and monitoring staff attendance
• Maintaining employee records, reporting, compliance and general HR administration
• Day to day HR support, advice and guidance for school staff
• Supporting the continual development of HR processes and communications

Requirement skills for this role:

• Experience of working as a HR Officer and/or HR Administrator
• Experience of working in a school environment (desirable)
• Right to work in the UK (ESSENTIAL)
• 2 recent professional references
• Knowledge of recruitment process and organisation
• Knowledge of working with websites and external advertising groups
• High level of IT skills and willingness to learn new systems (Google, Intermediate Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Powerpoint,)
• An enhanced DBS on the update service
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and families
• Empathy and a supportive approach to addressing student and family concerns
• Proficiency in using relevant computer software and databases for attendance tracking
