This education and training role involves supporting children with a range of complex needs, including social, emotional and mental health challenges, ADHD, autism, Down syndrome, and speech and language difficulties.Job Title: School Mental Health AssistantLocation: FlitwickSector: Education and TrainingSalary: £460-£500 per weekStart: Immediate or September StartContract Type: Long Term (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm)This Flitwick role is a brilliant opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in mental health, education, youth justice, or social care. What we’re looking for:

  • A relevant degree (Psychology, Criminology, Education, or related fields) OR substantial SEN experience
  • A strong interest in mental health and neurodiversity (e.g., autism, ADHD, SEMH)
  • A solid understanding or willingness to learn about behavioural and emotional regulation
  • Someone who lives locally to Flitwick or surrounding areas
