You will be responsible for the technical progress of one of our corporate ventures, for taking part in our external scouting and business assessment work, and for contributing to take advantage of external innovation in Novonesis.In this role you’ll make an impact by:Driving the innovation strategy of a corporate venture combining cutting edge science and application understanding with consumer needs to deliver best in class solutions.Possessing an entrepreneurial spirit and drive, embracing agile ways of working, ability to thrive in uncertainty and constant change and willingness to do what is required to make things move forward.Effectively coordinate cross-functional teams with colleagues across functions e.g. R&D, IP, regulatory, and business development – to ensure requirements for technical success are met.Drive identification of and relationship management with key opinion leaders and external development partners across academic / business organizations.To succeed you must have:Master’s degree or PhD within biotechnology or adjacent areas5 years of work experience within the biotech industryStrong communication skills and the ability to translate science into plain languagePrevious experience from biopharma or diagnostic industry is distinct advantageInterest and track record in project management and an understanding of how innovation processes workIdeally, experience with stakeholder management in a larger organization or with externals such as partners or CROs/CMOsApplication deadline: January 13 2025
