Oliver James has partnered with a leading Financial Services client based in Waterford, Ireland, who are seeking a Scrum Master to join their growing team on a permanent basis.The Scrum Master is essential in fostering high-performing teams by supporting product delivery through a strong grasp of Agile principles and team dynamics.
