Job Description:Division: GTSGeneral DescriptionOur End User Services tribe is looking for a Tribe Scrum Master responsible for the Agile processes in the Tribe, the coaching of the Tribe with their efficient and effective application and the continuous improvement. Removes impediments cross-squad at Tribe level and coaches the Tribe leadership Squad.Your team:The End User Services tribe is part of the Euroclear Group – Technology Services Division. The Tribe’s mission is to delivers a great office experience for Euroclear’s workers. Running the WeConnect program, we take care of the personal computing needs, from providing laptops, meeting software, intranet to Citrix virtual machines​.Responsibilities:Advance Agile principles:

• Support to the teams to help fixing delivery impediments
• Close collaboration with the Tribe’s Product Owners, Scrum Masters and other Agile stakeholders
• Active participation to the Scrum Master Community of Practice
• Active contribution to the tribe improvements in a scaled agile organization gradually adopting a DevOps approach.

Lead of the tribe delivery and efficiency:

• Monitors the efficiency of the tribe and reports issues to tribe management
• Facilitates tribe discussions and coaches leadership team and squads
• Prepares and facilitates events & ceremonies (QP, QBR, retro, etc)
• Leads the delivery of the tribe features across different teams and departments
• Ensures that the scope and the solution are cleared for the teams before starting the delivery
• Ensures the planning of the E2E feature in the Tribe’s Quarterly planning in alignment with the agreed project landmarks and informs the project manager in case of deviations
• Works in close collaboration with the Tribe Leadership and the Epic Owners for the quality of the delivery

Requirements:

• Extensive experience working with Project Management / Delivery Management
• Delivery management experience in cross-functional multi-platform projects
• Very good communication skills (verbal, written, active listening) at all levels, from staff members to senior management level
• Very good analysis &investigation skills; ability to break down complex problems and develop solutions
• Ability to operate in a changing environment and to participate to the change
• Experience in managing and mentoring teams (virtual and direct ones)
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong negotiation, conflict management and influencing skills at various levels of management
• Solid knowledge of Business and financial drivers
• Assertiveness in driving tasks to completion
• Experience in and supporting agile practices and methods in delivery
