• Working with international, cross-functional, distributed scrum team ensuring Agile process is being followed
• Leading and guiding team as a servant leader for the team to achieve its goals
• Supporting the initiatives in removing impediments and blockers to secure delivery
• Facilitate effective timeboxed team ceremonies
• Ensure estimation of prioritized stories
• Help identifying improvements and follow up on commitments to work process improvements

Requirements

• 7+ years proven track record as a Scrum Master for multiple teams in complex Agile initiatives and experience with DevOps Methodologies
• Experience in building strong teams, leading distributed initiatives and teams in fast-paced environments
• Working knowledge of JIRA, MS Teams and Confluence
• Experience with financial instruments or having business understanding of the area
• English at B2 level
