As we move towards a more agile approach to our product delivery, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who is passionate about Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), to join our team and support our ongoing transformation efforts.Job Overview:
As a Scrum Master at Spire Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in championing Agile practices, with a strong focus on SAFe, across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business leaders to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Your mission is to guide teams through the agile transformation journey, from Waterfall to Agile, by educating, coaching, and advocating for agile principles and practices. You will be responsible for removing obstacles, facilitating ceremonies, and helping teams achieve their highest potential.Key Responsibilities:

• Help the transition from Waterfall to Agile, working with teams, and stakeholders to shift mindsets and implement Agile best practices across the organization.
• Advocate for and implement SAFe Agile methodologies at scale. Work with program teams, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and deliver value through SAFe principles and practices.
• Act as a servant leader for Scrum teams, coaching team members on Agile practices, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring that the teams are self-organizing, motivated, and high performing.
• Educate and build awareness among stakeholders and teams on Agile methodologies and the value of an Agile transformation. Drive transparency and foster strong communication between teams and stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team performance, improve collaboration, and deliver higher quality products faster.
• Lead team meetings, such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, and resolve impediments that may arise during sprints, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Use Agile metrics to track team progress, identify areas for improvement, and report on performance to leadership, ensuring continuous alignment with business goals.

Key Qualifications:

• Scrum Master certification
• SAFe Scrum Master certification (SSM)

Experience:

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within a SAFe Agile environment.
• In-depth understanding and hands-on experience implementing SAFe Agile across multiple teams. SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Program Consultant) is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in guiding teams through Agile transformations from Waterfall to Agile, with the ability to influence stakeholders and create a lasting cultural shift.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including business stakeholders, development teams, and leadership.
• Excellent facilitation skills, with the ability to manage conflicts and remove obstacles that hinder team progress.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring Scrum teams in Agile best practices to create self-organizing, high-performance teams.
• Proficiency in Agile ALM tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence) and techniques for tracking progress and performance (e.g., burn-down charts, velocity).
• Passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and driving innovation within teams and processes.
