The Scrum Master will collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders around the world, including Business Partners, Product Owners, technical professionals, Project Managers and Management functions, to run software development projects, achieve project objectives, deliver business benefits, ensuring that risks are identified and managed appropriately during project execution and that objectives are achieved within budget & time and with the required quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Manage software development and implementation projects
-Advise on appropriate action, including needs for business contingency planning, and countermeasures with respect to implementation of IT solutions using Agile/Scrum.
-Participate in the continued development of the Agile project management function within IT, facilitate and plans all scrum activities within the project including daily Scrum meetings, sprint and release planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
-Assesses agile maturity of the team and coaches to team to reach higher levels of maturity and to continuously improve.
-Create and maintain release burn downs, velocity projections and project forecasts for project visibility and to ensure timely decision making within the project.
-Work with Product Owner to document acceptance criteria, perform backlog grooming, and prioritize features/user stories within the project.
-Ensure adherence to Molson Coors’ Agile/PMO MCAM’ Methodology during project execution.
-Coordinate the resolution of impediments across organizational boundaries.
-Guide and coach the team on Scrum and Agile practices to improve overall velocity and achieve project objectives. Provide support to the team using a servant leadership style and leading by example to achieve project objectives.
 

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:

-Scrum Master certification
-2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role
-Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
-Knowledge and experience of using software development tools such as Jira & Miro
-Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills
-Excellent command of English language, both speaking and writing.
