Come and shape the future of finance with us.Scrum MasterMadrid | Working from home up to 40% | Reference 7245You will be responsible for acting as Scrum Master for large well-established and geographical distributed DevOps teams running for several years within a larger SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) setting. These teams operate in the area of financial market data, ensuring smooth delivery and continuous improvement in a complex and regulated environment.What You Will Do

• Act as the Scrum Master for 2-3 teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Scrum guidelines and team agreements.
• Support teams/PO in prioritization and in delivering high-quality products efficiently, removing impediments, and protecting the team from external distractions.
• Manage dependencies and align with other teams, managers and stakeholders in the company
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Monitor and report on team performance and agile metrics, using Jira.
• Coach teams on agile best practices and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Agile certification required (not restricted to Scrum); preference given to SAFe Scrum Master certification.
• Deep understanding of Scrum framework and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Pragmatic approach, adapting to the needs of each team and the organization.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Experience in Software Development or DevOps is highly recommended.
• Previous experience with financial market data and SAFe is preferred.
