You will be part of an innovative and engaging team where professionals work alongside newly graduated talents. You will contribute to our Agile SAFe setup, ensuring smooth sprint cycles while contributing directly to development projects.You will report to Manager, Cloud and Native Software Development, Jørgen Larsen, and your contribution will aid in the creation of the next generation of Jabra software, shaping innovation in the enterprise audio and video market.Your contribution is appreciated, and your role will be two-fold:

• As Scrum Master: Facilitate Agile SAFe processes, coordinate team efforts, and organize effective sprint planning and retrospectives. By removing obstacles and encouraging collaboration, you’ll empower your team to meet their goals and deliver value
• As Software Developer: Contribute directly to development tasks, ranging from .NET development and DevOps pipelines to creating tools that enhance workflows. Your technical knowledge will ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and secure solutions

• have considerable experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile SAFe setup, or a strong willingness to learn and grow in this area
• have solid software development skills in .NET with focus on quality, security, and testable code
• are familiar with DevOps processes including CI/CD pipelines, tools development, or similar tasks
• have a collaborative mindset with the ability to balance direction and practical technical work
• have good communication and facilitation skills to enhance team performance and alignment
