Description de fonction Your responsibilities :

• Support a multidisciplinary squad (developers, analysts, testers…) to deliver high-quality applications in a constantly evolving technological environment.
• Remove obstacles, manage dependencies, support the Product Owner, and ensure the consistency of deliverables.
• Coordinate releases, participate in Scrums of Scrums, and ensure smooth delivery processes.
• Create a healthy team dynamic: regular feedback, coaching, effective retrospectives.
• Participate in large-scale projects using modern technologies (API, Kafka, React, Cloud, AI…).

Profil What you bring to the team :

• An Agile mindset, proactive and solution-oriented.
• A natural ability to unite and coach, with a strong focus on team well-being.
• Good mastery of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP…).
• Solid experience in IT delivery, with knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, CI/CD, TDD/BDD, DevOps, IaC.
• Several years of experience in an Agile delivery environment.
• A degree in IT or a related field.
• Good command of Dutch or French, with a strong professional level of English.
