Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.Role purpose:Scrum Master in Cloud Platform area has various roles. Focusing on facilitating the Scrum process, fostering a collaborative and self-organizing team environment, removing impediments, and promoting Agile values and principles. A Scrum Master goal is to help the team deliver value more effectively and continuously improve their work.
The Scrum Master is a servant leader who serves the Scrum Team and the organization. They act as a coach, mentor, and facilitator, helping the team to achieve its goals and continuously improve.You will work on

• Lead the team(s) in using Agile methodologie
• Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
• Manage the development teams to self-organize themselves
• Help the team to create and refine the Product scope and timeline and processes
• Align with other Scrum Masters in the organization on dependencies and ways of working
• Remove impediments, coach the development team on removing impediments
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
• Help the cloud platform team achieve higher levels of agile maturity
• Coach the cross functional development team and guide them so they improve the ways of working
• Supports the Product Owner in creating the backlog and prioritize it, also provides education where needed
• Gain and maintain technical (product) knowledge and specific domain expertise
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and continuously improve process and team dynamics

Your qualifications and skills

• 2 years of working experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in IT secto
• Multinational environment/work experience is an advantage
• Bachelor Degree, preferably in IT
• Certified Scrum Master
• Fluency in Englis
• Motivated, forward leaning and natural urge to “do things better”
• Ability to work in a true global team setup and to cooperate with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to adapt to a changing environmen
• Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
• Have a solid knowledge of the Agile Methodologies, e.g. Scrum Framework, Kanban, Agile Scaled
• Agile tool experience with development projects (like Jira
