Scrum Master (Software Projects)
Perfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer)Lead the Agile processes (Scrum and Kanban) of the projects
Facilitate the required ceremonies daily stand-up meetings sprint reviews retrospectives refinement and planning
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
Coordinating with other Scrum Masters to ensure consistency across the teams
Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
Resolve conflicts and issues that occur within the team
Work closely with the Product Owners to build and maintain backlogs clear and prioritized
Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
Promote a continuous improvement mindset
Provide updates on status/progressDigital Ecosystem IoT Agile Software Teams
Scrum Leadership Team Facilitation Continuous Improvement3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master ideally in software development or IoT.
Certified Scrum Master and/or Kanban Practitioner.
Experience with multicultural and international teams.
Advanced knowledge of test automation and integration.
