I am looking for a talented Newly Qualified Architect to join a RIBA-chartered practice based in Essex. The practice is renowned for its expertise and collaborative approach, specialising in retail, residential, and commercial projects. The role:

· Lead and support design development across all RIBA stages

· Prepare and coordinate detailed construction information and specifications

· Manage project delivery, including contract administration and site inspections

· Liaise effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams

· Contribute to planning applications, feasibility studies and design reports

Responsibilities for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:

* ARB registered
* Sufficient experience in a UK-based architecture practice (can be as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant)
* Knowledge of the UK planning, building regulations, building systems and construction types

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Happy working independently and as part of a team

* Strong design abilities
* AutoCAD knowledge is beneficial
