• Plan and deliver innovative, engaging lessons tailored to individual needs.
• Create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment.
• Encourage independence, communication, and resilience in pupils.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified teacher status (QTS) with a big heart and a passion for SEND education.
• Experience teaching or supporting students with SEMH or SEND difficulties is highly desirable.
• Someone who is resilient, adaptable, and ready to embrace the challenges and rewards of this unique role.
