Are you an experienced Assistant, with strong planning and organizing skills, and do you speak both Chinese and English? Then this role of Secretary at a company near The Hague might be a great fit for you!As an assistant you assist the director in daily matters and will be handling employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner. What are you going to do?

• Arrange the daily affairs of the supervisor according to the specific requirements of the supervisor, and manage the schedule and itinerary.
• Track and push the implementation of related tasks according to the requirements of the supervisor, and provide feedback on the progress.
• Support daily operation and efficiency improvement of the organization:
• Meeting management: Assist supporting departments/organizing meetings according to business requirements, prepare for meetings before, during, and after meetings, and provide logistics support to ensure meetings smoothly.
• Support for administrative and public affairs of the department: Plan and execute activities for building the department/organizational climate, including but not limited to awarding, workshop, salon, team building, holiday activities, and gatherings. information processing; publicize and communication; Official document management; Employees’ daily consultation and reply.
• Other contacts and collaboration: such as policy transfer, reception of new employees, and office relocation.
• Other things assigned by the supervisor.

• Secretarial work experience, proficient in using various office software, good in English & Chinese, speaking, reading and writing.
• Passionate about secretarial positions, strong initiative, good service awareness, strong interpersonal understanding & communication.
• Good learning and adaptability, strong pressure resistance, strong sense of mission, strong sense of confidentiality, and good professional ethics.
