The RoleThe post holder is required to provide a full administrative and secretarial service to a multi disciplinary team including the management of information systems and the co-ordination of the clinical referral system.NHS LanarkshireHave you always wanted to work with NHS Lanarkshire? • RSA3/SVQ3/NC in Secretarial Studies or equivalent.
• Proficient IT Skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and work on own initiative.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Minimum requirement of two years secretarial experience in an equivalent position.

Please note for all vacancies where a driving licence is required this must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.It would be great if you also have

• Demonstrable experience in healthcare/administration / secretarial
• Experience in a bust medical environment
• Understanding of medical terminology
• Evidence of effective team working and dealing with change
• Evidence of strong communication skills with patients, clinicians and colleagues
• Evidence of strong competence with relevant IT systems
• Audio typing skills
